1. General terms and conditions
a) endplugshop.com makes reservations for sold-out goods and failing deliveries from subcontractors.
b) All agreements are concluded in English.
2. Delivery
a) We usually ship your order within 3 days. If the goods cannot be delivered within the above-mentioned time
we will get back to you as soon as possible and within 2 days with the current delivery time.
b) The goods are shipped as ordinary letter post, car parcel or general cargo, depending on the quantity and volume. endplugshop.com chooses a transport supplier.
If the goods can be left (without liability), this can be stated in the comments field.
c) Remember to check the goods for faults and defects upon receipt. If errors are found, please note any reservations on the consignment note before acknowledging receipt.
d) Goods cannot be picked up, since we are located in Denmark.
e) Orders on the web shop to 4592 Sejerø, 4944 Fejø, 8592 Anholt and islands without an independent postal code. and without a fixed bridge connection, delivery only applies to the place of shipment. Instead, give us a call and we'll let you know what's available.
3. Payment
a) Net cash when ordering. You can also use the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay
b) The End Cap Shop pays the credit card fee.
c) When using your payment card, the connection to DIBS/payment.architrade.com is encrypted using a modern encryption package.
4. Right of withdrawal
a) You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, obtains physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract in an unequivocal statement. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice. but it is not mandatory. The withdrawal period is met if you send or call your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
b) Consequences of withdrawal. If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any kind of fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The cost of this is expected to be around DKK 55.00 for small items such as chair leg cap.
You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods and upon return until receipt at Porsaco A/S, therefore you are also responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed securely upon return. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the product has been treated in addition to what is described above, the product is considered used and in the event of cancellation of the purchase, it is Porsaco A/S's assessment of how much or none of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the commercial value of the product.
5. right of complaint
a) endplugshop.com provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects found in the normal use of the goods.
6. Registration of data
a) Your payment details are treated confidentially and only disclosed to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.
